US Customs Clearance Services for import shipments:

Our knowledgeable customs broker is happy to assist with the customs clearance process, helping to ensure that your merchandise clears customs quickly and efficiently. With Us you can get most shipments cleared days prior to their arrival to the US Ports.

Importer Security Filing (ISF, 10+2 Filing)
  • ISF is required for goods on ocean vessel and must be filed 24 hours before goods are loaded onto foreign vessel. Late ISF Filings past 24 hours must still be filed with CBP.
  • Late ISF Filings are subject to $5,000 CBP penalty.

Export Compliance for USA Exporters:

Electronic Export Information (EEI) needs to be filed when the value of the commodity classified under each individual Schedule B number is over $2,500 or if a validated export license is required to export. The exporter is responsible for preparing the EEI and the carrier or customs broker files it with U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP) through the AES or AES Direct.

“Ex works” EXW means that the vendor has made the goods available at his premises to the buyer. The buyer accepts all costs and risks involved in taking the goods from the seller’s premises to the final destination.
